I am a Digital Product Manager and hobby writer.
Products are like drama. Based on Aristoteles, drama does have two forms: tragedy or comedy. Products also come in two forms: solving existing problems or entertaining people.
Any story or bug which is created has to go through different stages to make sure we are developing viable products which people need. Therefore any idea or story should contain these informations:
Did we talk to any real user by doing usability testing or conducting problem interviews?
Do we have any data based on real user behaviour from a tracking? How many customers are affected?
Does the story generate any business or customer value? What are the value propositions?
Never wait for others, always be motivated
Data is objective and can prove hypotheses. Opinions mostly can't do that
Asking a lot of questions helps to understand.Understanding helps to work efficiently
If a team member asks for help, take yourtime and support
Take time for growing to become a betterversion of your former self
Beating complexity can only be done withhonesty and full transparency
I strongly believe that the best performing teams are made of people who are coming from different nations who left their comfort zones. These kind of people are open minded, more resistant to chaotic situations and much better in adapting to new situations.
We are living in a crazy complex world which gets more complex by each day. Mastering this is only possible by keeping yourself up to date and challenge your brain by learning new skills, talking with people and sharing knowledge with others by interacting with others on a daily basis.
Opinions, hypothesis and ideation do not work if there is a good execution missing and a good execution only works with clear objectives and the opportunity to act without waiting for long decision processes.
I am very limited as a single person. Relevant achievements can only be made in a team which is transparent. In which team members are helping each other and where everyone is self engaged and in which each team member is challenging others but still have faith in the skill of each member.
I am a product manager and hobby writer by heart. I want to create.
As a product manager I am giving my best to create products which are supposed to either entertain people or to solve their problems. Both ways it makes the life of people better. As Aristoteles already said there are two forms of drama: tragedy and comedy. Same principle works for products. A product either is a problem solver or an entertainer.

I like it very much to listen to pagan, viking and folk metal because this kind of music does have such a high level of positive energy.
On first it might not sound like a positive energy, for some it might sound aggressive and destructive but it's not.
Listen to the lyrics and understand the stories they are trying to tell and listen to the music itself. Its mostly build up like a story and these stories are crazy imaginative and about heroism, brotherhood, fighting for what you believe in and helping others.
